Community Manager – Luxury Residential Assets

About the role

The Community Manager will lead strategic and operational management of a high‑end residential community, ensuring an exceptional resident experience and preserving the community’s reputation and value.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and deliver a community management strategy aligning with landlord objectives and resident experience.
• Oversee day‑to‑day community operations including facilities, landscaping and security to luxury standards.
• Develop and implement resident experience frameworks and proactive communication channels.
• Manage financial planning, OPEX and CAPEX budgets and monitor performance against them.
• Lead stakeholder, vendor and compliance management ensuring service quality and regulatory adherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years experience in Dubai/UAE managing premium residential communities or luxury villas.
• Proven experience serving high‑net‑worth residents with personalized, hospitality‑led service.
• Strong commercial understanding of budgets, contracts and service‑provider management.
