Community Operations Specialist

About the role

ZUPERCT INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, a global CFD broker based in Dubai, is looking for a Community Operations Specialist to manage and grow its overseas user communities across multiple platforms. You will be the primary point of contact for traders, influencers and partners, ensuring active engagement and smooth conversion throughout the user journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and operate user communities on Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Facebook Groups, X Communities, LinkedIn Groups and other relevant channels.
• Maintain daily engagement through content posting, moderation, user support and campaign execution.
• Design segmentation strategies based on lifecycle stage, activity level, trading intent and user value.
• Execute targeted operations for new, active, high‑potential, high‑value, inactive and churned users.
• Support conversion and retention across registration, KYC, deposit, first trade, repeat trading and re‑activation.
• Assist in building KOL, IB, affiliate and partner operation systems, including onboarding, communication, tracking and performance follow‑up.
• Plan and run community activities, educational content, online events and conversion‑focused campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product and support teams to optimise the user journey.
• Track and analyse community metrics, user growth, engagement, activation, conversion and retention.
• Collect feedback and market insights to inform product improvements and growth strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Finance, Business, Communications, English or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in community operations, user growth or financial‑related community management.
• Proven experience managing communities in CFD, forex, crypto, brokerage or fintech environments.
• Strong English communication skills.
