About the role
We are looking for a Comprehensive Support professional to assist our autonomous vehicle operations team. The role focuses on strengthening internal processes, managing the full personnel lifecycle, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with operational teams to standardize and improve internal support functions.
- Develop and implement internal management policies based on operational needs.
- Coordinate administrative and operational processes across the team.
- Manage full‑cycle personnel processes, including onboarding, training, workforce management, and off‑boarding.
- Support employee training and operational readiness activities.
- Maintain accurate personnel and operational records.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of internal processes.
- Provide general coordination to ensure effective daily team operations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in operations support, administration, HR coordination, workforce coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
