Concept Architect – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a talented Concept Architect to join our Design & Development team in Dubai. The successful candidate will translate project briefs, site opportunities, and market considerations into innovative, functional, and commercially viable architectural concepts for residential, high‑rise, and mixed‑use developments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and design proposals for residential, high‑rise, mixed‑use, and other real‑estate projects.
• Prepare massing studies, site planning, conceptual layouts, elevations, sections, and design options.
• Analyze site opportunities, constraints, orientation, views, and surrounding context.
• Support GFA optimization, unit mix, circulation, parking, and amenity planning.
• Create architectural presentations, concept boards, diagrams, sketches, and 3D studies.
• Coordinate with external architects, engineers, landscape, interior designers, and specialist consultants.
• Review consultant submissions and provide feedback to maintain design direction.
• Ensure concepts comply with UAE planning and authority requirements.
• Collaborate with Development, Project Management, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Research contemporary trends, materials, technologies, and innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 4–7 years of professional experience in architectural concept design and design development.
• Proven experience in residential and/or high‑rise projects (preferred).
• Strong understanding of massing, site planning, GFA optimization, and unit layout efficiency.
• Excellent visualization and presentation abilities.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is an advantage.
