About the role
We are seeking a UK‑qualified associate to join our Dubai office, focusing on arbitration matters within the construction and engineering sector. The role offers the chance to work on high‑value construction disputes for an international law firm.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and representation in construction arbitration proceedings.
- Draft pleadings, statements of case, and other arbitration documents.
- Conduct legal research on construction contracts and relevant case law.
- Manage arbitration files, coordinate with counsel and clients, and attend hearings.
- Support senior partners in case strategy and settlement negotiations.
Required profile
- Admission to the England & Wales Bar.
- 2‑3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in construction arbitration.
- Experience with standard construction contracts is advantageous.
- Currently based in the region or willing to relocate to Dubai.
