Construction Associate (3+ Years PQE) – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Associate with at least three years of post‑qualified experience to join our Dubai practice. The role focuses on advising clients on procurement strategies, supply agreements, and the negotiation of construction and engineering contracts, while handling contentious disputes through litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on procurement, supply agreements, and contract negotiations for construction projects.
• Manage and resolve construction disputes using litigation, arbitration, and ADR methods.
• Work with a diverse client base including constructors, developers, funders, and sub‑contractors across real estate, healthcare, and energy sectors.
• Draft and review construction and engineering contracts, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of post‑qualified experience (PQE) in construction law.
• Prior experience at a reputable international law firm in the UK.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
