Construction Manager – Finishes

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Finishes to lead the interior finishing works on a newly awarded high‑rise tower project in Dubai. You will ensure that all finishing activities are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor construction progress against schedule and budget, holding regular status meetings with sub‑teams.
• Review and adjust project work plans, resource allocation and budgeting as needed.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and sub‑contractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage permits, licenses and NOCs, ensuring compliance with legal and QEHS requirements.
• Track expenses, control project risk and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure client and consultant satisfaction.
• Participate in QEHS training and promote safety and environmental performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience on high‑rise tower projects.
• Proven experience in interior finishing works.
