Construction Manager – High‑Rise Projects (Dubai)

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead the planning, coordination and execution of high‑rise building projects in Dubai. This senior position ensures that all construction activities are carried out safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards. The role works closely with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and control site activities to meet productivity targets and approved schedules.
• Develop and implement construction methodologies, method statements and work procedures.
• Prepare work packages, construction sequences and pre‑start activity plans.
• Coordinate logistics with procurement and stores to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Supervise on‑site construction, allocate responsibilities and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Lead subcontractors, conduct regular site meetings and manage progress, productivity and corrective actions.
• Review site quality observations, NCRs and inspection reports, and drive corrective actions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of construction management experience, preferably on high‑rise projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, methods, logistics and site execution.
• Proven leadership, team management and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent coordination, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficient with construction management tools and computer applications.
