Construction Manager – Mega Projects in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Manager to lead the execution of large‑scale, multidisciplinary construction projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing site activities, coordinating diverse teams and ensuring delivery of landmark residential, commercial and infrastructure developments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities across multiple work areas.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary site teams, subcontractors and specialist contractors.
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved schedules and budgets.
• Supervise civil, structural, architectural and MEP works.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Review construction methodologies and optimise site productivity.
• Guarantee compliance with project specifications, engineering drawings and international standards.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Support procurement and logistics to maintain uninterrupted execution.
• Promote a strong Health, Safety & Environment culture.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives throughout project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in large‑scale construction projects.
• At least 5 years in a Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager role.
• Proven track record managing high‑value commercial, residential or hospitality developments.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, international environments.
