Construction Manager / Superintendent – Rotating Equipment

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager/Superintendent to lead on‑site activities for high‑profile projects within the oil, gas and new energies sector. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all on‑site construction activities for rotating equipment projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within the allocated budget.
• Maintain quality and integrity of work, adhering to company and client standards.
• Apply in‑house construction management procedures to provide continuity and consistency.
• Monitor health, safety and environmental compliance on the site.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Construction Manager or Superintendent in large‑scale energy projects.
• Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent understanding of project budgeting, scheduling and quality assurance.
• Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
