About the role

Lead and manage the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) performance of assigned construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements and UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage HSE performance of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with policies, client requirements and applicable regulations.
• Manage HSE risks, prevent incidents and promote a strong safety culture throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate; additional HSE qualifications (IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 Internal Auditor) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, utilities or EPC projects, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in sewerage networks, pumping stations, utilities or infrastructure projects; UAE experience preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UAE HSE legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Implementation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Risk assessment, hazard management and Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) with isolation and LOTO procedures.
• Incident investigation, root‑cause analysis and HSE auditing.
• Emergency preparedness, high‑risk construction and electrical safety controls.
