Construction Supervisor – Mechanical

About the role

Worley is seeking a Mechanical Construction Supervisor to join a multi‑discipline team delivering complex energy and resources projects. The role focuses on overseeing mechanical construction activities, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring seamless coordination between EPC contractors and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve construction bottlenecks proactively.
• Monitor and coordinate interfaces between EPC contractors, providing clarifications and guidance.
• Supervise construction activities on‑site according to the approved IPMT organigram.
• Coordinate with company operations to facilitate construction easements and interface management.
• Review and certify Mechanical Completion Dossiers and other completion documentation.
• Ensure all procedures, risk assessments, permits, NOCs, environmental studies, JSA/FRA and safety reviews are in place and followed.
• Implement contract requirements, HSSE practices and quality norms throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead “Right First Time” start‑up concepts, handover of final project documents, and clearance of punch‑list items.
• Apply Advanced Work Packages (AWP) methodology to plan and track work.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising mechanical construction on large‑scale EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, HSSE standards and quality control.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple disciplines and external contractors.
• Familiarity with Advanced Work Packages (AWP) and mechanical completion processes.
