Consultant Pediatric ENT

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Consultant Pediatric ENT Specialist to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The role involves delivering comprehensive otolaryngology care to infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring high‑quality diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of ENT conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric ENT conditions, including ear infections, hearing disorders, tonsillar and adenoid disease, nasal obstruction, and congenital anomalies.
• Perform pediatric ENT procedures and surgeries within the scope of practice.
• Evaluate and treat pediatric airway issues, sleep‑disordered breathing, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with audiology and speech‑therapy teams to assess and manage hearing and speech‑related concerns.
• Provide pre‑operative and post‑operative care, and counsel families on diagnosis, treatment options, and surgical risks.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and teaching activities.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Post‑graduate qualification in Otolaryngology/ENT meeting UAE licensing requirements.
• Fellowship or advanced training in Pediatric Otolaryngology is highly desirable.
• Valid DHA Consultant license or eligibility in the relevant specialty.
• Proven experience in pediatric ENT diagnosis, treatment, and surgery.
