Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Manager is a part‑time hybrid position based in Dubai, responsible for analysing existing operational processes and driving initiatives that boost efficiency, quality and consistency across projects and functions.

Key responsibilities

• Map, document and analyse current workflows to identify bottlenecks and waste.
• Design, implement and monitor process‑improvement plans using data‑driven metrics.
• Lead cross‑functional workshops, problem‑solving sessions and change‑management activities.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report impact to senior leadership.
• Share best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Business Process Improvement and Operational Excellence, preferably in real‑estate, construction or related sectors.
• Strong analytical abilities with a track record of interpreting data and supporting data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence without direct authority.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an asset.
