Contract Administrator – Construction Projects

About the role

Nova International General Contracting is seeking a Contract Administrator to oversee daily site operations on its Al Jurf luxury villa and high‑rise projects. The role ensures smooth workflow, high‑quality execution, and safe work practices while protecting the company’s commercial interests.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and administer subcontract, supplier, service and client contracts; maintain contract registers and correspondence.
• Prepare contract amendments, variations, extensions and change orders in coordination with project teams.
• Identify contractual risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Support dispute resolution by preparing documentation, claims and evidence.
• Assist in tender preparation, BOQ reviews and evaluation of subcontractor quotations.
• Monitor contract budgets, cost variations and financial performance; support claims, EOT and cost recovery submissions.
• Act as liaison between clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams; facilitate contract meetings and communications.
• Maintain organized contract files and produce periodic reports on status, risks and compliance.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of contract law and construction contracts.
• Ability to identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders on construction projects.
