Contracts Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Specialist to oversee the full lifecycle of technology‑related contracts for our operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and managing agreements while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, execute, renew, amend and terminate Master Agreements, Statements of Work and Order Forms.
• Maintain contract records, monitor key dates, obligations and renewal timelines.
• Coordinate approvals and execution with Technology, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Risk and Supplier teams.
• Manage contract workflow and governance through SAP Ariba.
• Support contracts for software, hardware, implementation and support services.
• Track compliance using Excel and generate reports and dashboards with Power BI.
• Prepare presentations, contract summaries and management reports in PowerPoint.
• Assist internal audits, governance reviews and continuous improvement of contract processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in technology or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of software licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
