Coordinator - Customer Engagement

About the role

flydubai is looking for a proactive Coordinator – Customer Engagement to deliver an exceptional experience for passengers across all digital channels. You will interact with customers, premium assistance users, media and service providers, ensuring swift resolution of issues and fostering positive community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to real‑time interactions on digital channels, email and phone.
• Act as a liaison across all digital platforms, answering questions and offering solutions.
• Represent the flydubai brand with clear, accurate and positive communication.
• Interpret, resolve and, when necessary, escalate customer complaints.
• Monitor digital channels to protect and maintain the airline’s reputation.
• Manage customer settlement processes from start to finish.
• Maintain and update knowledge‑base templates and guidelines.
• Record all interactions accurately in the designated systems.
• Participate in operational updates during regular and irregular operations.
• Stay informed on industry trends and complete required ISR training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in travel, customer service, engagement or social‑media environments.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, effective communication and resilience.
• Ability to follow ISR policies and complete awareness sessions.
