Coordinator - Public Area

About the role

The Public Area Coordinator supports the Public Area team at Wynn Al Marjan Island, ensuring smooth operations of all guest‑facing spaces. This onsite role involves administrative oversight, inventory control, and constant liaison with housekeeping, maintenance and operational departments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports and briefing materials for managers.
• Handle telephone enquiries, update request logs and follow up with attendants.
• Coordinate with Public Area Supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Raise maintenance and job order requests to relevant departments.
• Reallocate public‑area spaces and manage key inventories, reporting discrepancies immediately.
• Control issuance and return of work‑related devices and trace loaned items to guests.
• Coordinate daily operational matters such as VIP movements, group events and venue operations.
• Process leave requests, handle sick‑leave calls and ensure accurate shift handovers.
• Inspect public spaces, log missing items and generate monthly reports for housekeeping leadership.
• Maintain office‑supply inventory and provide administrative support to managers and the Executive Housekeeper.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and promote positive professional relationships across the resort.
