Corporate Human Capital Director

About the role

Kempinski Hotels is seeking a Corporate Human Capital Director to lead HR strategy for its corporate offices in Dubai, Geneva and remote teams in Germany and the UK. The role will shape the people agenda for a global luxury hospitality brand, ensuring the organization attracts, develops and retains top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR architect for corporate locations, overseeing the full employee lifecycle from strategic recruitment to onboarding, development and rewards.
• Design and implement scalable workforce management frameworks that support talent development, performance management and organizational agility.
• Partner with senior business leaders to align HR initiatives with corporate objectives and drive a high‑performance culture.
• Manage global talent and performance cycles, ensuring consistency across regions while respecting local nuances.
• Maintain proactive collaboration with teams in China and other international sites to share best practices and ensure cultural synergy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior HR leadership within a multinational, preferably in hospitality or luxury services.
• Strong track record of developing and executing HR strategies that support business growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional, geographically dispersed teams.
