HR & Learning Officer

About the role

We are looking for an energetic HR & Learning Officer to join the Hyatt Place Dubai/Jumeirah team. The role supports daily HR operations and drives learning initiatives across the hotel cluster, ensuring a high‑performance colleague experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate training programmes that align with Hyatt standards and property needs.
• Support talent development strategies, succession planning and learning needs analysis.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour legislation.
• Partner with department heads to identify learning gaps and create tailored solutions.
• Manage learning platforms, training records and reporting requirements.
• Promote Hyatt’s culture, values and colleague experience across all properties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; internships or prior experience in HR, L&D or hospitality are a plus.
• Passion for people development and creating engaging colleague experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with HR systems and learning management systems (preferred).
