Corporate Lawyer (Trading & Commodities)

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer with 4‑5 years of experience to provide legal guidance across all business operations of our trading company. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with local and international regulations while supporting commercial activities in the trading and commodities sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable local and international laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.
• Manage and maintain corporate records and legal documentation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and commercial risks.
• Support business operations related to trading and commodities.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of legal frameworks governing trading and commodities.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple legal matters.
