About the role
We are seeking an experienced Cost Controller to join our catering operations in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing food and production costs, ensuring accurate cost reporting, and supporting financial decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain food and recipe costing models.
- Control inventory, reconcile stock, and analyse wastage.
- Monitor food cost percentages, material consumption, purchase price variance and production costs.
- Prepare accurate monthly cost reports and management dashboards.
- Collaborate with procurement and kitchen teams to optimise cost efficiency.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of cost control experience, preferably in catering or industrial food services.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication abilities.
- Experience in the UAE catering market is an advantage.
Required skills
- Advanced MS Excel.
- Proficiency with Odoo ERP.
