About the role
JLL is seeking an experienced Cost Manager to join its Abu Dhabi office. The role focuses on post‑contract cost control, commercial support and delivering value‑driven insights across construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide cost and commercial support for post‑contract services.
- Maintain and update project budgets and cash‑flow forecasts.
- Take accurate minutes in commercial meetings and produce weekly dashboards.
- Administer contracts, conduct site walks, and manage variations.
- Prepare monthly payment recommendations and assist in closing out projects and claims.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Middle East.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field; MRICS desirable but not essential.
- Experience in both pre‑ and post‑contract phases within project delivery teams.
Required skills
- Advanced use of CostX.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
