Courier Driver – Delivery Services in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a responsible, customer‑focused Courier Driver to join SprintX Delivery Services in Dubai. The role involves delivering shipments to residential and business locations while ensuring safety, accuracy and a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all shipments safely and deliver them without damage.
• Verify customer details, delivery addresses and shipment information before delivery.
• Obtain proof of delivery through signatures, OTP, photographs or the company delivery system.
• Contact customers to coordinate delivery timing or resolve location issues.
• Report failed deliveries, incorrect addresses, unreachable customers and other issues to the Operations Team.
• Handle cash‑on‑delivery collections accurately and submit amounts according to company procedures.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and maximize daily delivery productivity.
• Maintain professional communication and provide good customer service.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, safe and properly maintained.
• Follow UAE traffic laws, company policies and road‑safety procedures.
• Support additional operational duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• UAE Driving License.
• 1–2+ years of UAE courier experience.
• Good knowledge of Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.
• Familiar with GPS and delivery apps.
• Own visa preferred with NOC.
• Immediate joining preferred.
