CRM Acquisition Manager (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The CRM Acquisition Manager will own the design, implementation and optimisation of acquisition journeys that turn prospects into engaged guests. Working closely with the CRM Lifecycle Strategy Manager, you will ensure programmes are delivered at scale, monitored and continuously refined to support Etihad’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement end‑to‑end acquisition journeys covering lead generation, onboarding, activation and first conversion.
• Execute and optimise campaigns across email, push and other owned CRM channels, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Manage day‑to‑day acquisition operations, coordinating with officers, contractors, creative and delivery agencies.
• Monitor performance metrics (engagement, conversion, early value) and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
• Maintain the Preference Centre and drive customer profile enrichment to enable personalisation and segmentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM marketing, digital marketing or customer acquisition, preferably in airline, travel or e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on experience delivering CRM acquisition or onboarding campaigns via email, push notifications or similar channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret funnel data and translate insights into optimisation actions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Adobe Campaign Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze.
• Experience applying AI‑enabled capabilities (propensity scores, audience recommendations, send‑time optimisation) to improve targeting and conversion.
• Ability to design and copywrite compelling CRM campaigns with a focus on layout, hierarchy and visual storytelling.
