CRM Manager

About the role

Solid8 is looking for a strategic, data‑driven CRM Manager to shape and execute customer relationship strategies that boost engagement, retention and long‑term value. You will work closely with marketing, sales, product and analytics teams to ensure communications are relevant, timely and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise multi‑channel CRM campaigns.
• Manage customer segmentation and develop targeted customer journeys.
• Analyse customer behaviour, lifecycle data and conversion metrics.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve retention and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing, monitor performance and report insights.
• Maintain high data quality within the CRM system.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align messaging with product and sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles, lifecycle management, segmentation and retention strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a commercial mindset.
• Effective communication, project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
