About the role
The Culinary Intern position is part of The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal’s Hotel Internship Program. You will be immersed in the all‑day dining operation, gaining practical exposure to a luxury hotel kitchen while learning the brand’s renowned Gold Standards of service. This full‑time, on‑site role is designed for students eager to start a career in hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Gain hands‑on experience in hotel operations and all‑day dining service.
- Assist in delivering the Ritz‑Carlton “Gold Standards” of service each day.
Required profile
- Current college or university student.
- Willingness to learn, follow the Gold Standards and work in a luxury hospitality environment.
