About the role

The Culinary Pastry Internship at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi offers a full‑time, non‑management experience for students to immerse themselves in Marriott’s hospitality culture. Interns will experience the hotel’s operations first‑hand, learn the brand’s Gold Standards and contribute to delivering exceptional luxury service. The program emphasizes equal opportunity and a supportive environment where diverse backgrounds are valued.

Key responsibilities

Ensure the “Gold Standards” of The Ritz‑Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day.
Learn first‑hand about hotel operations through the Hotel Internship Program.

Required profile

Current college or university student.
Non‑management position, full‑time internship.
