Customer Advocacy Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, customer‑focused Customer Advocacy Manager to design and run programs that deepen relationships, boost engagement, and turn satisfied customers into enthusiastic advocates for our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive customer advocacy strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify and recruit high‑potential advocates based on satisfaction, usage, and outcomes.
• Manage reference, testimonial, case‑study, review, referral, and speaking‑opportunity programs.
• Coordinate events, webinars, and community initiatives that showcase authentic customer experiences.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with advocates, recognizing and rewarding their contributions.
• Monitor advocacy KPIs, collect feedback, and measure impact on retention, referrals, and growth.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Communications teams.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of customer advocacy, loyalty, retention, and relationship management.
• Proven ability to develop and implement advocacy programs that meet both customer and business objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with storytelling and interviewing expertise.
• Effective collaboration across cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
• Project‑management experience handling multiple programs, participants, and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset to translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Creative, proactive, empathetic, and commercially aware approach.
