Customer Care Specialist

About the role

The Customer Care Specialist will join ADIB's call centre in Bani Yas, Abu Dhabi, supporting both inbound and outbound interactions with customers. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, promoting digital channels, and meeting sales targets while adhering to bank policies.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls following established procedures and schedules.
• Promote registration for IVR and SMS services to customers.
• Escalate complex queries or complaints to the appropriate department.
• Provide product and pricing information, answer customer questions, and ensure courteous communication.
• Capture accurate customer data, enter orders, and maintain secure documentation.
• Initiate outbound calls to new‑to‑bank prospects and existing ADIB customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Report any hazards or potential risks immediately through proper channels.
• Maintain compliance with ADIB policies, call‑quality standards, and schedule adherence.

Required profile

• UAE national with the right to work in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proven sales orientation and ability to meet targets.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer‑service mindset.
• Attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
