Customer Engagement Marketing Manager

About the role

The Customer Engagement Marketing Manager will lead Central Trading Company’s end‑to‑end marketing agenda across all business units and channels. This senior role bridges sales, marketing and operations, driving brand governance, high‑impact campaigns and measurable commercial outcomes while supporting digital growth and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual end‑to‑end marketing plan and calendar across all categories, brands and channels.
• Lead cross‑channel campaign execution, ensuring brand consistency and measuring performance.
• Develop and roll out CRM strategy, data segmentation, lifecycle journeys and reporting dashboards.
• Drive digital performance across paid media, social, SEO, email automation and optimise cost per lead.
• Oversee trade, retail and field marketing activities, including in‑store branding, POSM deployment and event execution.
• Manage marketing budget, agency relationships and performance governance with KPI dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of cross‑channel marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in automotive aftermarket, retail distribution or industrial categories is preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Power BI and Excel for KPI dashboards and reporting.
• CRM and data‑driven marketing (segmentation, journey design, lead management).
• Digital marketing tools: paid media, social, SEO, email/automation, web analytics.
