Customer Growth Executive

About the role

As a Customer Growth Executive at Infobip, you will be responsible for the growth, retention, and overall success of Tier 1 customers in the Dubai market. You will build trusted relationships, understand client business needs, and drive measurable growth through adoption, cross‑sell and upsell initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned Tier 1 clients, conducting regular meetings and sharing Infobip’s strategy and roadmap.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations, product adoption, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Customer Success, Platform Operations, Revenue Assurance) to deliver optimal solutions.
• Understand each client’s decision‑making structure and processes for new solution implementation.
• Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs such as gross profit, margin percentage, and cross‑sell targets.
• Collaborate with CPaaS Registrations to ensure proper account setup, route management, and content filtration.
• Monitor financial health, support collections, and mitigate risk in partnership with Revenue Assurance.
• Analyze and forecast client traffic to proactively drive growth and minimize losses.

Required profile

• Strong customer orientation with a proven ability to build long‑term partnerships.
• Excellent coordination skills across sales, technical, and operations teams.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting traffic data and financial metrics.
• Experience working with SaaS/CPaaS solutions and Tier 1 enterprise accounts.
• Ability to meet aggressive quarterly growth targets.
