Customer Order Management Representative

About the role

Overseas Distribution Company (ODC) is expanding its Antwerp operations and needs a dedicated Customer Order Management Representative based in Dubai. You will be 100% focused on EU/Antwerp order flows, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and reliability while supporting cross‑functional teams across time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end order processing for EU/Antwerp operations, from entry to delivery coordination.
• Monitor daily order flows using tools such as Ordereye and maintain records in Microsoft Business Central.
• Liaise with warehouse teams and logistics partners to guarantee cost‑effective outbound shipments.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse colleagues to align fulfillment with supply and demand.
• Identify and strengthen weak points in outbound order entry through consistent checks.
• Provide backup coverage for the Antwerp order desk during peak periods and absences.
• Track and report key performance indicators like order accuracy and delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in customer order management, order processing or logistics support.
• Familiarity with international import/export processes; duty‑free or GTR experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an asset.
• Comfortable working from Dubai for European operations and handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
