Customer Relationship Officer – Home Finance (Pipeline) – Abu Dhabi

About the role

As a Customer Relationship Officer – Home Finance, you will acquire, manage and retain customers for Home Finance products by delivering professional sales and advisory services throughout the financing journey while ensuring compliance with regulatory and Shariah requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Home Finance products to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate leads through branch referrals, real estate developers, brokers and personal networks.
• Assess customer financing needs and recommend suitable Home Finance solutions.
• Guide customers through the application process and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Legal, Valuation and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth processing and timely approvals.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with customers to provide updates on application status.
• Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, property developers and external business partners.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC, AML and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Home Finance, Mortgage Sales, Retail Banking Sales or Financial Services.
• Experience in the UAE banking sector is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong sales and relationship‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of Home Finance/Mortgage products and processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
