Customer Relationship Officer

About the role

The Customer Relationship Officer will manage deposit and finance account functions at the Dubai Mall branch, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and promoting ADIB’s brand image. The role combines operational control, sales, and staff coordination to support the branch’s financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposit account documentation, handle related inquiries, and ensure compliance with KYC and Central Bank instructions.
• Manage finance account documentation, prepare finance applications, obtain approvals, and maintain accurate customer files.
• Sell and cross‑sell ADIB products, contributing to monthly sales targets and branch revenue.
• Supervise and train sub‑ordinates, plan appraisals, and coordinate staff activities.
• Support CRM in budget variance analysis, internal audit responses, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to ADIB policies, operational controls, and regulatory requirements in daily operations.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s retail banking products and services.
• Thorough understanding of ADIB’s retail credit, operational policies, and UAE banking regulations.
• Good awareness of Central Bank of UAE regulations and local market competitors.
• Ability to work under compliance standards and deliver service excellence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risk management.
