Customer Relationship Officer

About the role

The Customer Relationship Officer will manage deposit and finance accounts, ensure compliance with KYC and Central Bank regulations, and deliver high‑quality service to ADIB customers at the Al Qusais branch in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Open, close and maintain deposit accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to KYC policies.
• Process finance account applications, prepare documentation, obtain approvals and enter data into the system.
• Sell and cross‑sell ADIB products, supporting branch sales targets and budget variance reporting.
• Identify workflow improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare detailed responses to internal audit and ICD comments related to financial products and services.
• Ensure compliance with ADIB operational controls, policies, and UAE banking regulations.
• Manage and coordinate a small team, including training, appraisal and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in retail banking or a related financial services role.
• Strong knowledge of ADIB’s retail banking products and UAE banking regulations.
• Ability to follow operational controls, audit procedures and compliance requirements.
• Leadership capability to supervise and develop junior staff.
