Customer Service Coordinator – Harvey Nichols (MOE)

About the role

The Customer Service Coordinator will work closely with Harvey Nichols stores in Dubai to ensure smooth asset management, operational compliance and administrative processes. Reporting to the corporate facilities team, the role supports store operations, maintenance, utilities and marketing events within Al Tayer Insignia’s luxury retail portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with store teams and corporate facilities to manage in‑store facilities, maintenance logs and timely resolutions.
• Review utility invoices, monitor consumption and process payments while maintaining cost records.
• Coordinate store meetings, collect feedback on repair and maintenance, and ensure police permits are up‑to‑date.
• Oversee purchase orders, quotations for new fixtures and cost‑effective solutions.
• Manage warehouse storage space, write‑off requests and ensure timely audit of fixtures.
• Support marketing events by receiving plans, arranging set‑ups and tracking ROI reports.
• Conduct store audits, circulate operational POS and audit reports, and assist with stock cycle counts.
• Handle credit‑card terminal requirements, IT log requests and POS hardware needs.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3‑4 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
• Familiarity with retail facility management and store‑level processes.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic accounting knowledge and computer literacy.
