Personal Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to support the founder of a growing group of creative and lifestyle businesses. This hybrid role blends executive support, business operations, project coordination and personal assistance, requiring flexibility and a hands‑on attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, appointments, travel itineraries and personal schedules across multiple businesses.
• Prepare quotations, documents, spreadsheets, presentations and other business materials.
• Coordinate client samples, orders, deliveries, logistics and supplier communications.
• Support candle production, labelling, packing, quality checks and inventory management.
• Assist with workshops, launches, events, photoshoots and social‑media content organisation.
• Run errands, handle household organisation, and provide occasional dog‑care support.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Founder’s Associate or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English, near‑native fluency.
• Exceptional organisational detail, proactive mindset and strong follow‑through.
• High discretion, trustworthiness and emotional maturity.
• Comfortable working in a home‑based environment and handling practical tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with QuickBooks (advantageous).
