Customer Service Executive & Cashier

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive & Cashier to join our team at International Cars Care Center in Sharjah. The role involves front‑desk interaction, handling payments, and supporting customers with service inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Receive cash and other payments from customers.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate payment records.
• Count and verify daily cash collections.
• Hand over collected cash and payment records to the accountant.
• Coordinate with the accountant regarding daily sales and payments.
• Answer customer questions and provide information about services and prices.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally.
• Assist customers with service requirements and bookings.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception/cashier area.
• Perform basic administrative duties as required.

Required profile

• Own visa preferred; if unavailable, visa will be provided.
• Previous experience as a cashier, receptionist, or customer service employee preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Honest, responsible, punctual, and well‑presented.
• Friendly attitude and good customer service skills.
• Able to work in a busy environment.
