About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who enjoys engaging with people and turning everyday interactions into lasting brand loyalty. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
- Provide accurate information on product features, pricing and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs.
- Enter and update data across multiple platforms.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of relevant customer‑service experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize workload.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
