About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to promote and sell Etisalat plans to businesses, institutions, government entities, and Emirati customers. You will act as the first point of contact, delivering accurate information and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell tailored Etisalat plans, explaining features, benefits, and pricing.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Monitor call trends and alert team leaders to recurring issues.
- Build and sustain trust‑based relationships through proactive communication.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre, customer care, or front‑desk role.
- Graduate or diploma qualification (mandatory).
- Age below 30 years.
Required skills
- Computer proficiency.
