Customer Strategy Activation Specialist

About the role

The Customer Strategy Activation Specialist will join the Corporate Communications, Marketing and Brand team to help design and execute global customer lifecycle communication and personalization frameworks. The role focuses on increasing customer lifetime value through automated, event‑driven digital communications.

Key responsibilities

• Support definition of business objectives for each lifecycle stage and educate stakeholders on framework usage.
• Develop audience segments with the Customer Insights team and identify activation opportunities across channels.
• Coordinate planning sessions with Skywards, Product, eCommerce, dnata and other group brands to align requirements.
• Perform customer behavior analysis, align contact strategy with lifecycle stages, and monitor success metrics.
• Implement marketing technology for specific use cases, apply best‑practice campaign testing, and continuously optimise programs.
• Build relationships with digital marketing, MMC and cross‑functional teams to ensure integrated lifecycle marketing.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Marketing, Business or Economics (12+3).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Media Communication or a similar role.
• Proven ability to work with customer data platforms and drive data‑led activation.

Required skills

• Experience with Marketing Data Platforms (CDP) and digital automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills for customer behavior and campaign performance.
• Knowledge of lifecycle marketing, segmentation and triggered communication.
