Customer Success & Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success & Account Manager to nurture long‑term relationships with our café, restaurant and other food‑service clients in Dubai. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring satisfaction with our premium frozen smoothies and driving growth for both the client and Life Smoothies.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing customers regularly and build strong relationships with owners, managers and staff.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, follow up on orders and encourage consistent purchasing.
• Reactivate customers who have reduced or stopped ordering and identify opportunities to introduce new products.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by coordinating with internal departments.
• Collect customer feedback, market intelligence and monitor competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, visit reports and follow‑up schedules.
• Support the sales manager and team to achieve account growth, retention and satisfaction KPIs.
• Ensure menus and promotional material are correctly displayed where applicable.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in foodservice, FMCG, beverage sales or related trading.
• Proven track record managing existing customer accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organised and proactive.
• Valid Dubai driving licence and own car.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems such as ODOO or Salesforce.
