Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, customer‑focused representative to join our fully remote team. As the first point of contact, you will deliver timely, accurate and friendly assistance across email, chat and phone, ensuring a positive experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve issues, complaints and questions with empathy and accuracy.
• Document interactions, feedback and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services and policies.
• Follow established support processes while identifying improvement opportunities.
• Meet or exceed customer‑satisfaction and response‑time targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• Previous customer service or support experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
