CVM Retention CRM Marketing Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a data‑savvy CVM Retention CRM Marketing Analyst to join Circles’ new digital telco brand in the MENA region. The analyst will support the customer value management engine, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive engagement, retention and monetisation across the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and monitor lifecycle campaigns across digital, contextual and outbound channels, including acquisition, in‑life management, churn prevention and re‑activation.
• Analyse customer segmentation and campaign performance to optimise targeting and ROI.
• Collaborate with product, data engineering and marketing teams to feed insights into the CVM engine.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key CVM KPIs.
• Continuously test and refine models to improve retention and revenue uplift.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands‑on experience in campaign analytics and performance optimisation.
• Ability to translate data findings into clear business recommendations.
