Data Center Security Manager (Dubai)

About the role

Alibaba Cloud is seeking a Data Center Security Manager to lead real‑time response, handling, and closure of security alarms and incidents across its Dubai data centre facilities. The role ensures stable, secure, and efficient operations while driving systematic improvements to the security management system.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate and resolve security alarms and incidents in real time.
• Conduct business research and security assessments to identify critical control points.
• Develop, optimize and maintain standard procedures for the data‑center security management framework.
• Perform regular inspections to detect vulnerabilities and system defects, applying corrective strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement and operate security solutions, raising the standardisation level of security management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and operating security systems in large data centres or enterprises.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with the ability to diagnose root causes and devise solutions.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English to coordinate with headquarters in China.

• Red Teaming experience.
• Physical security expertise.
