Data Center Vertical Leader

About the role

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Data Center Vertical Leader for the Gulf region, based in Dubai. The role combines deep knowledge of the data‑center industry with commercial acumen to drive multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, generate specification‑led demand and build a strong partner ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand the Data Center pipeline to achieve 4× AOP coverage across all Honeywell Business Units (BMS, Fire & Gas, Security, HVAC Controls, OT Cybersecurity).
• Identify, qualify and advance new opportunities across different data‑center segments.
• Develop and maintain Strategic Account Maps that capture whitespace, competitive positioning and multi‑year revenue potential.
• Co‑create go‑to‑market plans with strategic system‑integrator partners for key accounts and tenders.
• Lead outreach with operation directors, project directors and procurement heads, delivering solution presentations, workshops and executive briefings.
• Drive inclusion of Honeywell specifications in tenders, master facility plans and consultancy documents.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales or solution consulting within the Data Center vertical.
• Proven ability to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Advanced engineering degree (e.g., Master’s) is valued.
• Experience in the META region and familiarity with large matrixed organisations.
