About the role

Al Khaja Recruitment Services, a manpower supply agency in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a reliable Data Entry Operator to maintain accurate records and support efficient information processing for client operations. The role involves handling both digital and physical records, ensuring data quality, and meeting daily processing targets.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify information in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Review source documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before processing.
• Organize digital and physical records according to established procedures.
• Identify duplicate, missing, or inconsistent data and report issues for correction.
• Prepare routine data summaries and maintain document tracking logs when required.
• Handle company and client information with confidentiality and follow data protection procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and relevant departments to clarify records and meet daily processing targets.
• Perform repetitive computer‑based work accurately in a professional office or client‑site environment.
