Data & ERP Manager

About the role

DataOne is looking for a Data & ERP Manager to lead the evolution of its ERP platform, strengthen data governance and deliver reliable reporting across the organisation. The role is based in Dubai and reports to the Technical Department head.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the functional and technical ERP roadmap, balancing business needs, technical debt and platform upgrades.
• Configure, parameterise and improve ERP modules such as finance, purchasing, inventory, sales, projects and HR.
• Plan and execute ERP version upgrades, migrations, regression testing and cut‑over activities.
• Define and enforce master data management rules, maintain data dictionaries and ensure data quality and compliance (GDPR, etc.).
• Design, build and maintain integrations between the ERP and surrounding applications, automating workflows and data flows.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, development and external consultants to ensure platform availability and performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing ERP systems in a technical or functional role.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
• Strong understanding of data governance, master data management and regulatory compliance.
