Data Science Manager – Finance (Emiratization)

About the role

The Manager, Data Science – Finance will lead a team of data scientists to develop and operationalise advanced analytics solutions that improve financial performance and risk management for Al‑Futtaim Automotive.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and validate predictive models such as residual‑value forecasting, credit scoring, delinquency prediction and collections optimisation.
• Deliver at least two use‑cases that demonstrate the business impact of predictive analytics.
• Create and maintain financial KPI metrics and risk dashboards, delivering three comprehensive finance‑focused dashboards for stakeholders.
• Generate actionable financial insights through time‑series decomposition, anomaly detection and stress‑testing, producing three insights per month.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or MSc in Financial Analytics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of data‑science experience with a strong finance focus.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and Databricks, and hands‑on experience with MLOps and version control (Git).
